  • Total Time: 20-25 mins

Description

These wraps are loaded with flavorful chicken, melted cheddar and mozzarella, and a creamy garlic sauce. They’re quick to prepare and perfect for a tasty lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, toss the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the chicken is evenly coated.

2️⃣ Cook the Chicken: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and browned on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.

3️⃣ Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of creamy garlic sauce on each tortilla. Top with the cooked chicken, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

4️⃣ Melt the Cheese: Fold each tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Place the wraps back in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.

5️⃣ Serve: Slice the wraps in half, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For extra flavor: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or drizzle with hot sauce.
  • Make it a meal: Serve with a side salad or some crispy potato wedges.
