- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended. 🥄
2️⃣ Add the Ingredients:
- Fold in the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red bell pepper, green onions, and corn kernels. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the creamy mixture.
3️⃣ Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spoon some filling onto the center. Spread it out evenly, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
4️⃣ Roll and Chill:
- Roll each tortilla up tightly, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator to chill for 1-2 hours. This helps the wraps firm up and makes them easier to slice.
