Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular, quartered)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a Bundt pan or round baking dish to prevent sticking.

2️⃣ Prepare the dough:
Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface and cut it into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1-2 inches each.

3️⃣ Mix the toppings:
In a large bowl, combine the dough pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, half of the mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices. Toss well to coat everything evenly.

4️⃣ Assemble the bread:
Layer the seasoned dough pieces into the greased pan. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly throughout the layers for extra gooeyness.

5️⃣ Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown, and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow the bread to cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing it from the pan.

6️⃣ Serve:
Serve the Pull-Apart Pizza Bread warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. Pull apart the cheesy, flavorful pieces and enjoy!
