- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
Seasonings
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
2️⃣ Assemble the Slow Cooker
Add the frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.
Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Top with drained pineapple chunks and gently stir to combine.
3️⃣ Cook
