These Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast, packed with savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melty cheddar cheese all wrapped in a golden crescent roll.
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 8 sausage links
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Prepare the Eggs:
In a small bowl, beat 5 eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later.
Scramble the remaining eggs over medium heat in a skillet, cooking until fully scrambled and set. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3️⃣ Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
Cut each slice of cheese in half and place one half on each crescent triangle.
4️⃣ Assemble the Roll-Ups:
Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs on top of the cheese on each crescent triangle.
Place one sausage link on top of the eggs.
Loosely roll up the crescent dough around the sausage and eggs, starting from the wide edge and rolling towards the point.
5️⃣ Bake:
Place the roll-ups on an ungreased cookie sheet, spaced about 1 inch apart.
Brush the tops with the reserved 2 tablespoons of beaten egg, then sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
